At Headway City College Ja-Ela, a trusted British Council Partner Centre for over 15 years, our Cambridge PET (B1) program – Real-World Communicator helps students take their English skills beyond the classroom and into everyday life.
This 12-month course prepares students for the Cambridge Preliminary English Test (PET) while focusing on fluency, confidence, and communication for real situations. Students who have completed the KET level or are intermediate learners will find this program the perfect next step toward advanced English and international qualifications.

- Speaking & listening – expressing opinions, agreeing and disagreeing, and discussing familiar topics
- Vocabulary & comprehension – understanding conversations, interviews, and short talks
